Well, here it is. It's my own 100% unofficial, update patch for CM99-00, the king of footie management games. I hope you all like it, and I hope everyone who uses it will find it up-to-date and hopefully feel that it gives the game a better balance. Special News!!!

My CM99-00 update has now been downloaded from cm3.com over 20,000 times!!! I would just like to take this special occassion to say a heartfelt thank you to all the people who have supported me, either with a supportive e-mail complimenting my update or with some helpful transfers, player positions, etc. Thanks to all of you, and a special thank you to my excellent group of worldwide scouts. Thanks guys, I couldn't have done it without you!

My Update Philosophy.

I update every aspect of the game, from the latest transfers and loans from around the globe, (including accurate dates), to adjusting players positions, reputations, and all physical and mental attributes when neccessary. I also update non-playing staff and alter all of their attributes as well, (again, when neccessary). I get my information from several sources, including the excellent website: footballtransfers.co.uk, and of course, my trusty group of worldwide scouts. I then play-test the updated game, to make sure every updated aspect works properly, and that the game still has the right balance. Then and only then do I post the latest version of my update on my website. If I have left out anything, e.g. transfers or loans, or if any player positions, etc. are incorrect, please e-mail me and tell me what they are.

My Scouts.

I am always on the lookout for new scouts, both extra scouts for leagues I already have covered, and also for leagues I do not currently have any scouts involved for. If you would like to be considered for a scouting poisiton for my update, simply e-mail me and tell me:

1. A little bit about yourself, including which country you are from.

2. Which league/team you have an extensive, accurate knowledge of.

3. How often you go to see live football matches.

4. How often you would be able to send me updated information about your specialist league/team. You need to be reliable!

If you are successful, you will be entered into the scouting system on a trial basis for one month. If the trial is successful, you will be permenantly added to the scouting rosta, and you will be added to the, "Special Thanks" section!
